I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist able to work with both adults and young people, practicing from a well-established Counselling Centre close to Birmingham and also my private therapy room in the centre of Stourbridge.
It’s the relationship that we develop together that will be key so I aim to provide a safe, confidential space in which I hope you will feel accepted and heard.
You may be seeking support for a very specific issue, or just have a general sense that things aren’t quite right in your world. Whatever your reasons, taking this first step towards setting up some counselling for yourself may feel rather daunting, so do please get in touch by phone or email and I’d be happy to talk through any questions that you might have about how I work and what to expect.
If you’d like to have a first session then this is our opportunity to start to get to know each other – you can decide whether you feel I’m the right counsellor for you, and I can likewise be sure that I have the relevant experience for what you are bringing.
I am a Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and am guided by their Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.
I look forward to hearing from you.
